Graham McLaren is leader of the alliance program of the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and the International Centre for the Improvement of Maize and Wheat (CIMMYT) on research informatics and head of the IRRI-CIMMYT Crop Research Informatics Laboratory www.cropinfo.org. Graham coordinates the international community of scientists developing the International Crop Information System designed to integrate research information from all disciplines for any crop. As a biometrician Graham is interested in analysis of plant adaptation through GxE studies and the use of pedigree information to improve the analysis of evaluation data for crop improvement.
